CDS Steel Channel liner

When using a stainless channel liner which is Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated, the reduced friction from the firing pin spring and spring cups, will increase the speed of the firing pin with as much as 25 to 30%.

This mean that you will get a harder hit eliminating a light primer strike, which is a benefit when using a lighter firing pin spring.

There will not now be wear on the liner, contrary to the plastic type why operation will stay smooth, and even take 30 to 120 grams off your trigger pull.

To further cut down on friction, you can add the amfibious spring cup, which also gives you full function if you shoot under water 🙂

Removal of the plastic chanel liner is easy with a M8 tap or a M8 bolt, gently screw it into the plastic and pull it out. You can also use the plastic brush that came with the pistol, push it down as much as you can and that should also take it out, however powder residue can make it tight, why the bolt or tread tap is the way to do it.
